In this letter from New York State Governor, Andrew Cuomo to Albert Bourla, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pfizer, the Governor, frustrated with the lack of Covid-19 vaccines from the Federal Government, requests if New York State can purchase them directly from Pfizer.
